Job Description
The house is a standard sized 1930's semi with a small kitchen extension to the rear of the property. The existing soffits on the house are wooden and completely rotten through. The guttering needs to be replaced to match the new soffits. On the kitchen extension there are soffits on three sides of the building and guttering on one side of the building (approx size 3 x 3 x 3 metres) which also need to be replaced.
