Job Description
Installation of 2 air vents into the brickwork of small bedroom. The vent is to be located approximately 2m from the floor and next to one of the bedroom windows. It is essential that the external part of the vent is partial covered by a weather shield to prevent rain/snow from penetrating the vent. The contractor is to supply all the materials required and give details of these materials prior to supply. Full payment will be made on satisfactory completion of the vent installation and not before.
The time scale for this job to begin is within the next 30 days.
