Job Description
The window in my bathroom is were the bath/ shower unit is and so has been getting very damp because it is made of wood. At christmas time a chuck of the window sill fell off and it seems the water has been spreading through the wood through gaps in the paint. The exposed wood is very soggy and the sill is now bowing away from the tiles.
The window frame does not seem to have suffered but I would like it repainted to ensure it remains protected from the water.
I would like to replace the window sill with a UPVC one or something similar as I don't want this problem again. I cannot replace the entire window as I live in a flat and have not been given permission to change the exterior of the window.
If you can do work round the bathroom generally I would also like the sealant replaced around the bath.
The window sill is 70 cm x 15cm and the window is 100cm x 60cm

It was a straight forward job and Tony did the job quickly, fixing more than he originally said he could. He came with an assistant who went in and out to get things which helped. Even had a card machine to take payment which makes everything easier. No problems.
