Job Description
On one side of the drawing room bay window the plaster has cracked and become distorted. No sign of damp or structural failure. The cracked area is about one and a half metres by half a metre so it should not be a very large job.

He arrived always as promised, giving an accurate window of times. His quotation was competitive and the work was carried out to a very high standard, with the minimum of mess and disruption. All waste material was removed and the room was left in a clean state. I shall be using Derek West in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
