Combi boiler, as described, heating ok .. Hot water has a mind of its own whether heating is on or not. The Boss not too happy when shower keeps going cold for her morning dip at 5am ..
Boiler fitted by previous owners about 5 yrs ago. I have updated rads in house but they seem to all be ok ...
