Job Description
We need two landlord gas safety certificates (one for upstairs flat, one for downstairs flat) and, in addition, upstairs, one radiator valve in the kitchen is leaking and needs to be changed as well as one bleeding screw/valve on a bedroom rad, which has lost its shape and doesn't fit the key any more.
