Job Description
The conservatory 15ft by 7ft 6 inches attached to a front wall of the property would be demolished. This would be replaced with a permanent brick built extension 15 ft by 12 ft which would require new foundations. It would also need to have the floor raised by about 1 ft and a new Norfolk tiled roof butting up to the existing bungalow roof (which has an extremely low pitch of around 17 degrees).
The extension would have two windows on the side wall, two windows and french doors on the south facing long wall and plain brick for the other side wall.

Apologies to people who have expressed an interest and submitted quotes. A problem has arisen with a damaged sewer which runs under the site of the proposed new building. I have to get this seen to before I can proceed with any plans. Apologies again for the delay in responding.

We employed Maurice to demolish an existing, ancient, all-glass conservatory and replace it with a brick built extension with a slightly larger footprint.
Maurice is extremely hard-working, putting in very long hours regardless of the weather. He produces a very high standard of work with an excellent finish. He deals competently with any difficulties that might arise and is knowledgeable about all specifications and regulations with regard to this type of work.
We found his quote to be highly competitive and the finished product to be good value for money.
As a result of his work on the extension we have had no hesitation in asking him to look at installing a new kitchen for us. He has produced some excellent designs after discussion with us and we asked him to proceed.
