Insulate bedroom bay window - Insulation job in Stockport, Cheshire

I'd like someone to install insulation around a first floor bay window as it gets very cold in the winter .

The house is a 1930's semi and the bay isn't a cavity wall, its quite thin with tiles to the outside.

Feedback left for job builders: John and his son did an excellent job for us with which we're really pleased. He was prompt, polite and was extremely helpful with or questions. On the day of the job he turned up on time and was finished in under a day. He took away all the rubbish and did a good job tidying up afterwards.
