Job Description
Boiler installation, (ie replace existing boiler), a qualified plumber will be removing the cylinder and completing a bathroom conversion but i would want a gas fitter to oversee the gas side of things, ie installation, commissioning etc.
The boiler will be providing hot water for the heating and domestic hot water as per usual but with a feed running to a thermostatic mixer shower (boiler/bathroom is downstairs as well)
I'm looking at getting a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 27CDi or a 30CDI and would value opinions based on suitability etc (its a three bedroom house)
Would like to complete early/mid October, must be Gas Safe registered and be aware of upcoming HHIC change affecting boiler warranties, which come into force on January 1, 2011 etc

James was very professional, on time, knows the job inside out and explains what will be needed etc. I forgot to get one of the boiler accessories so he gave me one he had in stock for free which was very nice.
Not the cheapest mind but you get what you pay for and I couldn't fault James on good service and quality of work. Over all very pleased with the job and how it turned out, James and his assistance Jack are both very knowledgeable tradesmen who obviously take great pride in there jobs. Would have no hesitation using him again or recommending him. 10 out of 10
