Job Description
Currently have an old Vokera 20-80RS which needs replacing. Current boiler situated in a large fitted kitchen cupboard with all existing connections currently servicable. Current system comprises 6x radiators and all distribution pipework to remain in situ.
Would like a quotation for
a) new replacement boiler installation
b) new TRV's fitted to 5x radiators
c) 1x new radiator for lounge (5m x 4m)

Had a new boiler fitted, thermostatic valves to all radiators and a replacement radiator. All completed by James and his colleagues in one day. This included tracking down and fixing a gas leak he discovered which, in itself, took over two hours and we were not charged a penny extra. He also replaced a plastic pipe we'd had fitted in an emergency - again, for no extra charge.
He is happy to answer questions and provide explanations. He and his colleagues are polite and thoughtful. They take care of the property both by putting down protective coverings and also by making minimal mess and cleaning up as they go.
I would not hesitate to recommend James.
