Job Description
Demolish existing single story annex, rebuild to larger size and 2 story's. The property is not listed but is in a conservation area.
Preferably wanted before xmas :-)
Access is poor, up a 130yd foot path approx 800mm wide. No car access at all.
Approx 9ft x 16ft floor space, slate roof joining into existing thatch roof, wall to be reclaimed brick, no extra plumbing but soak away to be moved, removal of existing interior stud wall, creating opening approx 8ft in external wall to join into new extension, ground floor to reuse existing hard wood back door plus 2 new windows, upstairs to have "fancy sticky out" window, move gas mains from one side of the room to the other, new gas boiler(this may change to something else), underfloor heating, no decorating, some ground work to make everything fit.

Salisbury Builders were wonderful to have around. Peter Saul was always available to speak to on the phone, he tradesmen were polite, hardworking and conscientious. We had awful weather and they never complained. All accidents/mistakes were rectified without quibbles. We would definitely recommend for larger projects.
