Flat roof repainted with reflective paint 5m x 3m - Roofing job in Kilburn, North London

Job Description

I had a leak fixed on my roof recently and at the same time the roofer recommended getting a separate flat roof repainted with solar reflective paint. In addtion, they noticed a small section of guttering which needed cleaning and one tile was loose. The roofers is now too busy for this size job. The flat roof section is approx 5m by 3m in size. Access to the roof is through a bathroom sky-light. The other roofer went through the sky-light & I would need a roofer happy to do this also and not set up scaffolding. Please let me know if interested - I would be looking to get this done ASAP and would need materials supplied too. Many thanks
