re-decorate rear bedroom- insurance job, (Tunbridge Wells) - MyBuilder

I have a claim from my Insurance which has been approved by the company, the works i need are as follows;

rear bedroom area - wall area = 53.66m2, floor area = 14.38m2

property is a top floor flat, we had storm damage to the wall from a leaking chimney which is currently being repaired. the wall in questions was wet from the rain, this has now dried and works can commence. The insurance company have approved the claim, i will require a quote in the post as well please.

works schedule to redecorate wall;
-clean working area
-extra costs associated with drying time - wet works (4 hours)
-hallway, stairway & landing protection
-internal / staircase access platforms or ladders ( 1 day only)
-prepare & size surface area to hang wallpaper
-hang wallpaper ( £20 per roll & vat) will require 3 rolls
-removal of rubish
-stnd room protection
-tipping charges (£25 & VAT)
