1930's house. We want to open up the wall between the dining room and the living room.
It is a supporting wall.
The opening required would be 7ft wide and 10ft high.
The doorway in the front room would need to be closed up then skimmed over.
The front room would also need to be "skimmed" to a finish that we can just paint over.
