Job Description
Bath tap loose (simple fix, parts already supplied) but tap to turn off water in house stuck and needs to be freed without causing damage.

Also we'd like a quote for a loft-based hot water tank to supplement existing combination boiler which works well, but does not allow 2 showers to be used at the same time.
