Ventilation required in bathroom and kitchen (Nottingham) - MyBuilder

I need ventilation/extractor fans fitted in a kitchen and bathroom. The walls are very thick and they are not brick but like a concrete pebbledash (if that makes sense) so they will probably need to go into the ceiling or just be some kind of filter fan. The property is suffering from condensation when the cooker and shower is on and it is too cold to open the windows.
