It has a two side windows and front French door.It requires five electrical points,two roof lights,electrical installations to be altered/extended in accordance with BS 7671.A 'Aqua sump' may be needed for drainage water.Plan is approved and construction to be initiated as soon as possible.Quotes from qualified builders will be appreciated for the cost of labour and material . + 1930 cambridge bricks town house,with plenty of Parking space in the rear access. Roof tyle standard red colour,,redering may not be required but external material should match existing colour and texture as required by building regulation.
