Replace existing boiler with a new combination A rated boiler (such as a Worcester 27CDi, but your advice is welcome). The existing boiler, flue and pipework should be removed from their existing area (chimney breast). The new boiler should be installed at the external wall at the back of the property (after the end of the hallway).

Install new gas pipe from meter to combination boiler and gas hob

Remove the existing hot water cylinder, water tank and unnecessary pipework from the bedroom cupboard

Remove old radiators and install 5 new ones (to be supplied by me). 2 of those will be installed on walls that there are radiators but the sizes might be different to the existing ones. The other 3 will be installed to different walls than the existing radiators (adjacent walls).

Do all the pipework in order to be able to use water from the central heating in the bathroom (bath/shower and sink). Do all the pipework in order to be able to connect the kitchen to the hot water (exact place to be confirmed).

Install all the central heating fixtures (thermostats etc.) and make sure the system works adequately (i.e. water has enough power in the bathroom area, is not affected by running another tap, all radiators work fine, etc.)

Power Flush the new system.

Remove all rubbish off site.

Obviously, the heating engineer needs to be CORGI certified and all work carried according to current building regulation standards. All the relevant paperwork should be filled in along with the certificate.
