skim rooms & plaster ceilings (Hanworth Road ) - MyBuilder

Location: Hanworth Road

Hi I need a quote for several rooms to be skimmed and ceilings that are cracked to be made good and plastered the rooms are of varying sizes, however the jobs would not be able to be completed all in one batch as we have other work to be done and furniture needs to be moved from room to room.

* The following information was added Saturday, 15th November, 2008 :
I have had a building surveyor and he has advised that the cracks are nothing untoward, the kitchen and bathroom are not a priority at present with regard to the walls.

These are the room dimensions that need plastering and cracks made good.

all measurements are approximate and all room heights are the same at 7ft 8 ins

bedroom 1:

Large crack accross ceiling

W = 12ft 2ins
L = 10ft 5 ins

bedroom 2:

cracks across the ceiling

W = 9ft 2 ins
L = 14ft 4 ins

hall: the hall is L shaped with not much wall space more cupboards that wall.

Living room

cracks accross the ceiling

W = 7ft 8 ins
L = 10ft 2 ins

bathroom:

again this room is odd shaped and there is not much wall space as it is part tiled at present.

Kitchen:

W = 7ft 8 ins
L = 10ft 7 ins

W7ft 9 ins
L = 8ft 6
