Routine Boiler service. James gave us his honest opinion on a minor whistling sound our boiler was making, and actually advised against spending further money on eliminating it, as it wouldn't be economical and isn't causing any harm as such.

No pressure from him to upgrade or replace boiler - though nice to know James is available should we wish to do this in the future.
