I am interested in a rough idea of how much the loft conversion of this property based on this planning permission would cost..

I'm about to buy it but would want to know how much work is involved in going into the loft, as it mentions raising the roof height. I'm not interested at this stage in the other proposals (extending the lounge by reducing the garage, or the sunroom/conservatory).
