single rear extension & extend over garage on side (Bexleyheath, Kent) - MyBuilder

Location: Bexleyheath, Kent

We have plans drawn up which are currently with the council for permission.

The house is a 3 bed semi, built in 1929 with a garage on the side.

We want to extend across the back (3.5m out, width of house 10m), this would be single storey with a flat roof. We also want to build over the garage to have a 4th bedroom and second bathroom. The garage is not good enough to build over so will need to be rebuilt in face brickwork. We will knock down existing garage.

Please could you quote for the build up to plastering finish and also include the re-render of the whole house as the pebbledash is falling off. Please do not quote for the following:

- electrics
- plumbing (although please quote for below ground plumbing and drainage)
- windows
