Project outline

Costs for builders finish only (fixtures and fitting to be quoted separately once we know what items are to be fitted such as showers etc.)to include the following,

•Demolish existing prefab. concrete garage and wooden conservatory and clear plot of debris etc.
•Gut the house as required for building work
•Build new rear two storey brick extension extending the existing roof line with matching roof tiles at the rear with a further single story extension to incorporate the following(garage to side/utility room and new kitchen/family room
•Single storey extension to include velux windows as shown
•Rearrange/build internal stud partition walls to new layout on ground and 1st floor
•Fit wooden windows/doors to match existing windows
•Rewire entire house
•Install new plumbing as required with a gas fired central heating and hot water system
•Install under floor heating (electric) in kitchen /family room
•Refurbish existing building inside and out as required(probably repair woodwork such as windows and paint/sandblast brickwork etc)
•Build new garden wall to 5ft high at front of house with Ornamental gates to garage and front door
•Install alarm system
•Remove all builders debris from site
