back bedroom mould and damp from ceiling to floor (London) - MyBuilder

We live in the first floor flat the rooms affected do not have any buildings above it. In one of the rooms there is a significant amount of mould and damp in the corner starting from the ceiong and ending at the carpet and then furthr along the lower wall. There paint is bubbling and there are water droplets near to where the damp is, The paint is falling off in parts
