Side extension (Poole ) - MyBuilder

Location: Poole

This extension is through planning and building control and is 3mx4m floor area. It will be brick built to match the exisitng house, with a pitched tile roof, and is two storey- a study downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
The extension will be filling in a L shaped gap between a previous extension and the house, so will consist of two outside walls as the other two are the house and the extension. The pitched roof will be attached to the main house (perpendicular to the exisiting pitch) and a box gutter will sit between the old and new extensions. There will be two windows at the front of the house and one small bathroom window to the side. Construction is traditional cavity, facing brick with 75mm full fill Dritherm 32 cavity bat and 100mm Celcon Solar block inner. There will be a bathroom, so a waste pipe will need to be laid as part of the groundworks to the main drain to the front of the property. The site will be cleared with easy access from the road (a culdesac).
I am after a builder who will carry out the groundworks, build the walls, and complete the roof. I will carry out the internals, electric and plumbing.
