Floor size - 4 X 4 Meter

Current batroom with

1. New WC, New Sink , Old Corner Bath and Old Shower Unit,

2. Fllor tiles and Wall Tiles

New Batroom should be...

1. Uses existing WC and Sink

2. Need to fix new Bath which is standard bath, We don't need to fix shower unit

3. New Floor tiles

4. Wall tiles on aroun bath

5. Other wall should be Skimmed and painted also roof

6. current three spot light will be replace with new four spot light

7. And extractor fan will be connected to light switch

8. Exisitng Towel rail will be on same place.

We need to put floor tile entire bathroom even under WC barth etc...

I got some quote from some builer and need best quote in this credit crunch time also professional job is very very important...
