Major extension to existing victorian house (Braintree) - MyBuilder

Location: Braintree

A new two story extension required. This will extend into some existing outbuildings. The existing building will be demolished in the process.
We also propose to install underfloor heating in the main house and through into all the new areas. The kitchen will be moved as well into the new extension.
We have planning permission and architectural and structural drawings. Which I can provide.
The two story extension is 3.8m x 7.525m. The single story into the existing buildings is 8.457 x 4.2m
The brickwork must match the existing house, potentially using a flemish bond.
