Laminate Flooring buckling (Cardiff) - MyBuilder

Location: Cardiff

I had laminate floor laid about three months ago and it immeadiatly buckled, tried to get the builder who laid it to come out and fix it but he was unhelpfull. It's buckled about three times and is in my living room which is roughly 16ft X 8ft. I'm not sure what really needs to be done but can't leave it buckled forever.
I also need a small row of tiles put up behind a bathroom sink and have a problem with my shower door, which is a glass sliding pane that won't close tightly shut anymore.
