Rating: 5 out of 5 553 reviewsI'm Dale and my colleagues are Chris and Stephen we have been in the building trade for 15 years, cpcs trained and have experience in earthworks, groundwork all aspects, aswell as landscaping and Chris is our joiner/carpenter .we have been friends since school our plan is to starting working in a domestic capacity bringing a high level of professionalism, punctuality and workmenship. We wouldn't leave a job in a state that we wouldn't want for ourselves.
Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-Dale and Steve did a great job. They arrived on time and didn't stop once they had started. I will be calling Proper Job again if I need something else done. The site was left clean and tidy.

Being an experienced 360 excavator driver I can supply any size machine to help with the job in hand. We can dig out foundations for extensions/new builds. I can carry out drainage surveys with cctv to check your drains are all in working order, also drain cleans and health checks to make sure everything is how it should be. We can install new foul/surface water drain systems or if you are having trouble with flooding or very saturated areas, we can give various options with drainage to help minimise flooding around your garden/home. I have a wide range of jobs I can cover and hopefully help you design any kind of work you are intending to carry out within your home/garden. I also cater for any larger facilities/factories which need new surface water or foul pumping stations. In need of any fencing work? I also can carry out this kind of work.
Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-From the start Luke was very professional, He was on time and professional in appearance and attitude. He listened to what I wanted from the work. He took measurements and he then made some suggestions based on experience. He gave me two quotes for the two suggestions and he detailed what each of these involved. I choose to have the drive concreted and the patio relayed. Luke turned up each day early and set to work. He was polite and explained what he was going to complete each day. I had made some adjustments to his original measurements and this was not a problem he just recalculated the concrete. The drive is perfect better than I expected as I could not envisage how it would look, the patio is all level and stable. I would recommend Luke to everyone, I will be having him back for some fencing work and neighbours have already asked him for Quotes. Thank you for your hard work Luke I am really pleased with the result.
