Beyond changing a lightbulb or replacing a fuse, you'll probably need to employ the services of a qualified electrician for any electrical works that need doing. A qualified electrician will be certified under Part P of the Building Regulations - for domestic electrical works, this will most likely be via the NICEIC Domestic Installer Scheme.
An electrician will be required for most, if not all, of your electrical projects - from moving a mains socket or installing a power shower in your home, to laying out network cables and power points in your office. If you're a landlord renting properties to tenants, you may also need a qualified electrician to carry out testing and potentially rewiring works to ensure safety standards are met.
To find your ideal Electrician, post your job on MyBuilder now!
